Premium Distilled Dry Gin

BaròGin is the result of a careful and accurate research on the birth of the Italian gin, which has unearthed 15th century gin recipe books where wine and juniper were the basis of gin. The study of the recipe took 14 months, elaborated following the most ancient art of distillation and the traditional production methods. Thanks to its important and complex structure, the Barolo wine, infused in single botanicals and consequently distilled, releases to the distillate pleasant spicy and fruity scents typical of red wine.

Handcrafted in small batches using artisanal methods and quality raw materials carefully selected, distilled in a copper alembic from the 1700s fueled by a wood fire. Just like Barolo, Barògin is a living product: each production will give different characteristics. It will be the vintage, as for great wines, to define the nuances of our productions.

Ingredients:

45 ml Barògin

15 ml lime juice

15 ml lemon juice

30 ml sugar syrup

1 egg white

aroma of orange and vanilla

Soda to finish

Process:

Ramos Gin Fizz, historic cocktail, one of the first invented with an elegant taste.

Into a shaker pour all the ingredients except the soda, after shaking for about 1 minute open and add a bit of ice, shake again until well chilled. Strain into a highball glass, add a splash of soda and guarn to taste.

Topping:

Gin Fizz

60 ML Barògin

10 ML White Vermouth

Process:

Martini cocktail or dry Martini, one of the most famous and appreciated cocktail in the world based on barògin and vermouth. Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice and stir gently. Pour into a chilled glass (Martini glass) and garnish with lemon zest.

55 ml barògin

125 ml neutral / indian tonic water

ice cube

garnish: juniper berries, orange peel, orange dehydrated

Process:

Preparing the perfect gin tonic with Barògin. Pour into a tumbler glass o highball filled with ice, 55ml of barògin with 125ml of tonic water, gentle mix and garnish with juniper berries, orange peel or dehydrated orange.

30 ml Barògin

35 ml Italian Bitter

35 ml Sweet Vermouth

Process:

Make the world's most famous pre-dinner cocktail.

Fill a mixing glass with ice, add the three ingredients and stir for twenty seconds. Strain into a Low Tumbler glass and garnish with a slice of orange.
